No, love isn't all about beauty. A person loves whom they love. Example: A parent loves their child. It doesn't matter whether the child is beautiful or not. Example 2: A husband loves his wife. The wife isn't good looking but that doesn't matter to the husband. No one is required to be beautiful in order to be loved.

Sometimes love for a celeb can be based on beauty. Example: Deanie Etcetera loves Mitch Longley. Ms. Etcetera doesn't know Mitch Longley personally but she fell for him thru "his eyes". Mitch Longley does not love Deanie Etcetera. Although Ms. Etcetera is not good looking, Mitch Longley most likely bases his decision about her on the fact that he does not know her personally. Summary: There are many reasons people love, or don't love, each other. It is not all about beauty.
