What is a car rotisserie?

A car-sized rotisserie is commonly used in body shops for easy access to areas to perform work on different areas of the car by rotating it (just like the chickens you see in the restaurant). Obviously, this is done on vehicle bodies and not vehicles with mounted engines and transmissions (because of fluid leakage).
