Are Barn Owls smart

Hi i am a zookeeper at Marwell zoo Owls are not particularly bright them being wise is actually a myth sorry to burst your bubble guys

- I don't know if they really are or not, but I know why owls are considered wise. That is because, in Greek Mythology, the goddess Athena is the goddess of wisdom, and her symbolic animal is an owl.
