Will a megalodon attack a cruise boat?

Megalodon can reach up to 65+ feet. The cruise ships can get up to 3,000 feet. However, it is thought that the Megalodon will attack pray near their own size. I cannot see a Megalodon attacking anything over 100 feet (~30 m). Thou out fishing in a boat at 50 foot it could look like a whale form below which is suspected as the shark's main food source.
