if for 1 day u don't eat anything but drink liquids you will lose about half a kilo but i wouldn't try that because u will gain it all bak on with some extra weight as soon as you start eating the reason why i no this is because i'v tried it b4 i lost 5 kilos in 3 days but i gained everything bak on wen i started eating and i also gained an extra 2 kilos.
so my opinion is don't do it its unhealthy and doesnt work. if you really want to lose weight do it the healthy way plus you wont gain it bak on if you are really commited to doing it. eat very healthy and do lots of exercise.
just make sure you don't stop eating because you will end up with some kind of sickness that will ruin your health.
