Is a veterinarian a 'real doctor'?

a veterinarian is a real doctor trained and licensed to diagnose and treat all kinds of animals.

In fact it is much more difficult to get accepted to veterinary school than medical school. Veterinarians must study and treat multiple species (dogs, cats, birds, horses, cows, reptiles) and their patients can't talk! Today they can do anything for an animal that you can do for a human (transplants, MRI, chemo) and vets have to be dentists, pharmacists, surgeons - all in one!!
