Where do you find the TM brick break in Pokemon SoulSilver?

In Pokemon Diamond u get it in the orburgh cave *for more decribion*

Ok in orburgh city where you fight ur first gym leader *roark* i believe (sorry if im misspelling stuff tired in Canada here its like 9pm, I've had along day) anyways back to wat em sayin, if u have strenght, rock smack, and surf you go to orburgh's agte thengo in it (LOL) then head to the hiker but don't pass him go tho hall net to him then use rock smack then go down stairs (that rocks lead u to) then go to the river thingy use surt the go as far west as u can then fight the old man he has riolu, starapter, and i forget the other then after beating him go and get TM01 (focus punch then on ur way out) go to land next to old man you'll resice TM (not sure the #) brick break
