No. After emerging from a nearby body of water, they generally fly with the wind until they come to a wall on which to rest. They do, however, prefer shady areas. So if you see them covering only one area of your home, it's not that they're territorial; that's just where the wind took them (or because it was slightly cooler there).

FYI: Blind mosquitoes are actually called midge flies. So if you need more info online you may want to use that more techinical term.
