Where to find the ultra rod on Pokemon Pearl?

There's no such thing as an ultra rod but, you can get three other rods.

Old Rod: There should be a fisherman somewhere in the south-east area of Dewford Town. Talk to him and it's yours!

Good Rod: After getting surf, go to Mauville and surf east. Talk to the fisherman at the top of the beach to obtain the rod.

Super Rod: Mossdeep City is where you'll find the super rod. go east up the stairs and work your way north-west to a house. Inside is a fisherman who will give the best rod in the game!

But yeah there really isn't an ultra rod tho.You can a get super rod in Pokemon pearl after u defeat the Pokemon league :D
