What is the Maximum Ride series in order and what is Fang mail?

The Angel Experiment, School's Out--Forever, Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports, The Final Warning, Max, and Fang.

Oh, and Fang mail is what Fans write to Fang. On the back of book 6 It shows some Fang mail and who its from like one from the back of the book says "You wouldn't kill off Fang, would you? He is my favorite character in the entire series and i would be heartbroken if he were to die. Please don't kill Fang" It was written by Darrien M. from Hamden CT.
