Why Apps wiggling on iPod touch?

they are wiggling because you can move,delete them when they are wiggling.If they're not wiggling you can't move,delete them.Also to make them wiggle u have to hold down one of the apps.And to make them stop press the homescreen button (the square)on the bottom of iPod.
