Camera is not connecting to computer?

Try restarting computer then manually go to my computer and see if its connected

• Make sure you have the correct cable. (It needs to be the USB cable that came with the camera)
• Make sure the computer is fully on.
• Make sure the camera is on- the camera will turn on but it may remain black.
