The Osprey is the only species in its family. It's unique and quite unmistakeable when a person sees it up close. But just as an aside, there's something I find quite fascinating about the Osprey, and that's about their nests.

The nests are made of twigs, sticks and branches and lined with smaller twigs, moss, grasses, bark, fish bones, and some other materials. They will also reuse their nests year after year. Every year they continue to add sticks, which makes the nest ending up being absolutely huge. Their nests may be more than seven feet across and more than five feet deep.
