Will a FLM-2011 TV that was hit by a line power surge and will not turn on work again if the one fuse you found inside is good per ohmeter and there are no signs or smells of component burning?

Sounds like a newer digital receiver. Your TV probably has a switch mode power supply failure. They're very fragile in their design and usually tend to fail when lightning strikes or there's a serious enough power surge down the line.
