Yes, but you half to do seven things first:

1) Go to 'Device' in the options menu and allow installation of applications from outside sources.

2) Go to the Amazon App Store and download 'es file explorer'

3) Go to the internet on your Kindle Fire and search 'rotating wallpaper free download' and when you find it download it.

4) Search 'GO launcher EX free download' and download it too.

5) Go to the es file explorer app and go to the folder that says downloads and install rotating wallpaper FIRST and go launcher ex SECOND.

6) Open Go Launcher EX and find the rotating wallpaper and open it and create a set and choose the picture you want and set the rotation to 1 minute.

7) Go to the GO Launcher Ex settings located where the regular settings button is. Then go to Wallpaper then Gallery and select the SAME picture.

Note that when you turn on your screen you half to wait one minute for your screen to change and always complete action using GO Launcher EX.
