Why do some people do not have a job?

Many people are unemployed because of the simple lack of jobs. With the credit crunch hitting Britain many people are being made redundant and many firms are simply not taking people on. This leaves us with the question of what will these people do for work? the simple answer is, there are no jobs. In other circumstances people are not trained for the jobs that are required. For example, technology is used almost everywhere in work today, so an individual who has no experience with computers may be completely clueless. Finally some people may not be able to work because of a long term illness or disability. I hope this helped :)

In many situation, unemployment can be because a company is relocating in Another Country. In the US for example, a large drug company is relocating many of its operations in Ireland.
