Does kiba like Hinata more than a friend?

im not sure kiba and hinata are best friends,i mean i know there moments of them,hinata will never give up on naruto.kiba tease her about naruto.the way hinata flirt with naruto,i think hes jelouse or suprise the way she hug naruto.im not kibahina or anti kibahina fan. im just saying. in narutopedia it didnt say romantic or crush and jelousy.
