The first thing that i in my opinnion would choose as the best thing to help you sleep believe it or not is almonds. It may sound crazy but it has been tested and acttually will do the job.
If you dont like almonds than try cearal or my favorite milk.
cant drink milk well then try a banna which will work plus cherries mmm
all of the things above i have tried and YES they do work i hope that has really helped you if not well try something diffrent like tea or oatmeal
