How long can it take for baby to be born after they are buried completely into your birth canal?

I have to assume that you are talking about after the head, in a normal human birth, completely leaves the womb and is in the birth canal, the rest of the birth happens very quickly unless there is a complication. Some people call it "catching the baby" because it come so quickly.
