What are some adaptations of a goose?

I can only speak for Canadian Geese here, but they do not change their appearance. They experience a molt once a year, where they lose their feathers, but the feathers grow back with the same pattern. Once they lose their fur as goslings and get their adult feathers, that's their coloring for life.
