Do you need a license to own a zebra in NY?

Well I guess it all depends on like if you own a zoo. Do you really think they would just let you own a zebra. How would you get it anyway. And it is a wild animal native to Africa so why would you take an innocent animal from its home and family. how would you like it if someone did that to you. In any case you will probably need a permit.
