How do you play upwords?

UpWords is a Word game similar to Scrabble, where players build Words on a grid using letter tiles. Players can stack tiles on top of each other to create new Words, allowing for greater strategic play. Each letter has a point value, and players score points based on the total value of the letters used in their Words. The game continues until all tiles are used or no more moves can be made, with the player having the highest score declared the winner.
