Where do you get Rayquaza and how do you catch it easily in Sapphire?

Getting Rayquaza in Sapphire.................Getting Rayquaza is sometimes easy and difficult for you. Ok, buy many Poke Balls, Great Balls, and Ultra Balls, esspicially Max Repels because to the cave inside it many strong Pokemon, have a Mach bike. Then, fly to Pacifidlog Town, surf right and you'll notice a small way going up to the cave. enter inside, going is going to the exit, u will notice a tall tower in the desert, enter inside and use REPEL to make u easier to get to Rayquaza, getting to the top is sometimes hard and easy for you to get to the top. Because of that, you need to pass the falling trap floor by using your Mach Bike with REPEL. When you get to the top, you will meet Rayquaza in level 70 with Outrage, Rest, Fly, and Extreme Speed. Good Luck for that! just put it to sleep,weaken it down a whole notch till it is barely red,then use an ultra ball.or u can freeze it.use a level 65 kyogre and use icebeem until rayquaza is frozen>>>>
