No, the idea about God curse anybody was invented by western Europeans in the 15 century to belittle people who they conquer and held as slaves, but make it look more credible when King James translated The Bible into english in 1611 he inserted that lie into the Bible about Noah put a curse on his youngest son. but if you read the modern day version they change it from Noah to God ,this same lie was been used in the 60 when black people was struggling for independence all over the world more than any time in history, the same lie was used in South Africa by the racist government the ruling class of India still use that lie to steal and kill the Dravidians,or the native people of india who are black.

If you read Genesis more carefully, you may find that curse had more to do with sexual orientation than race. Noah's son Ham "looked upon his father's nakedness." Nobody really knows what that meant, and ancient Jewish scholars have debated that situation thoroughly. What people think happened ranges from just looking, to an intimate act, to mutilation. Since it was described as an act or behavior, it seems that "looking upon" was a euphemism and that more than just observation occurred. But that is not ruled out by the text either due to what his brothers did next in covering up their father with their eyes averted (they walked in backwards). Interestingly, Ham was not cursed. Canaan was. If you follow the lineage of Canaan, in 4-6 generations, his descendants founded the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. God destroyed those cities. So the curse resulted in less people, not more people of a certain race.
