How do you clean a budgie?

They can clean themselves, unless they are excessively dirty. You can get a bird bath from the pet store or a store like Walmart that attaches to the bird cage. If they can't get clean enough, if they are tame enough, you can let a budgie have a bath in the kitchen sink, in shallow water. Do NOT use soap of any kind, unless you find some at a pet store or somewhere that says it is specifically for birds. Human soaps will hurt them.
