Who is fallen leaves in warriors?

Falen Leaves is a tom on warrior cats Dark River who was waiting to be a sharpclaw. he met a cat named Rock and he went inside a tunnel to be a sharpclaw, but then it started to rain and the tunnels started to flood. Fallen Leaves died in the flood and his spirit still romes the tunnels trying to find a way out and be a sharpclaw.
