Red dress and hazel eyes and brown hair what colour smokey eye should you go for?

I'd suggest a lot of soft greys with hints of greens and or purples. The grey will create a subtly dramatic effect, and I say subtly dramatic because it depends on how you'd like to apply it. The green will accent your red dress and purple goes well with hazel eyes.
