What are the pros and cons of republic?

Pros:

• it is more efficient and structured
• more experienced people pass the laws

Cons:

• not every person gets their voice in the government
• population counts for the amount of representatives, which is bad for places with a small amount of people
• there could be miscommunication between reps. and people
• there is a lot of arguing in the government
