Endothermic is the scientific term for warm blooded. Exothermic is the scientific term for cold blooded. Although the Word "fish" is part of the name fish eagle and most fish are exothermic, fish eagles are birds and not, of course, fish. They are called "fish" eagles because fish are their staple diet.
