What insects like to eat ladybugs?

Assassin bugs, other ladybugs, and stink bugs are insects that like to eat ladybugs. The insects in question (Coccinellidae family) manage to avoid predation because of aposematic body colors that warn of unpleasant scents, tastes, textures. The bright and dark color combinations serve as deterrence for the above-mentioned insects as well as for specific amphibians, arachnids, birds, fungi, parasites and reptiles.
