Does iron have a corrosion reaction with lemon juice?

Iron is Fe. Lemon juice's active ingredient consists of citric acid, C6H8O7. Iron reacts with most acids, weak or strong, though the reaction is a lot slower when the acid is weak, as in the case of citric acid.

From what I can hypothesize, the reaction would be Fe + C6H8O7 --> FeC6H5O7 + 3/2H2
