Cryostasis, or cryonics, is the process of preserving individuals at extremely low temperatures after death, with the hope of reviving them in the future. However, as of now, there is no scientific evidence or successful case of reviving a human from cryostasis. The preservation process can cause cellular damage, and key biological processes necessary for revival are not yet understood. Thus, while it is a fascinating concept, cryostasis remains speculative and unproven.
