Do paramedics have to cut your clothes off?

If it is necessary, it comes in line of thoughts or questions after decide(stay and play or load and go) which comes right after Killer bleeds. So to prevent from palpating into sucking chest wound it is best to cut the clothes. It is just like in class though, we are there to do a job, not looking for a date.
