What was the greatest achievement of Wang Kon?

Wang Kon, also known as King Taejo, was the founder and first king of the Goryeo dynasty in Korea. His greatest achievement was unifying the various Korean kingdoms under his rule, establishing a centralized government, and laying the foundation for the Goryeo dynasty to last for over 400 years.
