How did Motley Crue get to know each other?

Nikki met Tommy in a club after Tommy played in a band called Suite 16. Nikki and Tommy got a hold of Mick from an article in a newspaper that said "Loud, Rude, Aggressive guitar player". Nikki met Mick a few years previous in a liquor store. The 3 of them met Vince after he performed with his band RocKandi. That's how Motley Crue got together =)
