How do you change transmission fluid in a Nissan mistral?

you need to run it for a few minutes to warm the oil up, turn off then empty from the sump plug on the bell housing.

fill with new oil from the dip stick port. (slow process)

This is all I know so far, I am doing a change tomorrow with a diesel mechanic and will know more after that
