How do you keep my high mileage mile 4.6 lter grand marquis going?

I have 204k on mine and she's fine. Just do regular oil changes and take care of her. I suggest K&N filters too. Especially the replacement air filter it really gives you a power gain. Replace your spark plugs also and you should be golden
