Even if the guy is good-looking why are some women actually more comfortable with the act of sex than the act of kissing?

kissing is considered a very personal act to alot of women. I meet this one girl at dunkin dougnuts one night it was my first one night stand. I remember thinking it was so weird that she didn't like kissing at all. we did alot of other things but no kissing.
