Depends on her posture. Originally, T. rex was conceived as about as upright as a kangaroo, which could have put her eyes as much as forty-five feet above ground. Modern reconstructions tend to more of a "T" shape -- legs vertical with head and tail balanced on either side. Now we're talking more like twenty-five feet. Fifty-two long is mighty big, even for a T. rex, though.
