What are Pale orange small C shaped bugs found in clothes and the closet?

curious,,, i had some bugs in my old kitchen in which i just ripped out recently and placed my kitchen , down stairs rather that upstairs,, in a completely different location.........these bugs i thought would have been placed in the tip with old kitchen and the rest vacuumed , cleaned etc.... but now it seems they have migrated to some of my clothing ,, they are not necessarily orange but are the C shape,,, I have noticed them in flour and they kind of leave a web type trail in the flour with them, but i find it stange they are in clothes now,,, their appearance is a little like an armadillo type mini body???? if some one can tell me what they are that would be great , even better if i knew how to repell them ,, fumigation?
