At least 5-6 times a day. Rabbits are always pooping and eating. Their natural behaviour is to spend most of their time grazing on grass and other vegetation, and as they hop along and graze they poo and their poo fertilizes the fields. To replicate this kind of environment, it's often recommended to put hay in the litter box. If your rabbit isn't using the litter box for a few hours (or pooping where it sleeps), keep a close eye on her, and look for signs of pain because the rabbit could be sick.
