No, I'm afraid not. I have tried it myself. A full list ofavailable original Xbox games on the Xbox 360 can be found on: http:/www.xbox.com/en-US/games/backwardcompatibilitygameslist.htm. There also seems to be no suggestion that any more games will be added to the list.
