it means he is trying to hint at you that he likes you ......BOYS ARE SO DIFFICULT or maybe it means he just likes to hang around with you he likes you as a freind dont push a guy freind to the next level if he really like you he will not be able to talk to act silly by you or blush so dont go thinking he likes you think about it fist.
