Do bubble baths cause urinary infections or any other problems in little girls?

I remember being told by my pediatrician that bubble baths can, indeed, cause infections in girls and women. I don't know if it's the bubbles or just sitting in the water that can cause problems, but you might check with your doctor to find out for sure. In the meantime, to be on the safe side, you might just leave out the bubble bath.
