Is this reality that words mean the same to everyone?

The meaning of a Word is not what I would describe as reality, since it is not determined by means of scientific observation. It's just an agreement. We agree about what Words mean because that makes it easier for us to communicate with each other. Most people agree, but some don't. Some people are not that cooperative.
