As of my last update, there is one primary Jelly Belly jellybean factory located in Fairfield, California. This factory is known for its tours and the production of a wide variety of jellybean flavors. While there may be other facilities involved in distribution and manufacturing, the Fairfield location is the flagship site associated with the Jelly Belly brand.
