What people think about cruelty to animals?

I believe that animal cruelty is both wrong and inhumane. Animals feel just like humans do and its not accepted to skin a human alive so why should it be okay for humans to take rights away from animals. Being cruel is cruel so whoever you are being cruel to doesn't ever make it right or just because animals can't think or talk like humans doesn't mean that humans should act like animals and hurt them for any reason.
