The answer is very simple. All you have to do is start up your internet Explorer and go into the "Tools" pull down menu in your Toolbar section. Select "Internet Options" and wait for the Settings window to load. From here, not only can you empty out your temporary files folder and cookies, you can also tell Internet Explorer to automatically delete them every time that you close the browser.
