Is there a way to access iTunes without downloading it?

There's another answer that says this: "Go to your friend who has the same OS as you. Copy the file he downloaded onto a USB with over 200 megs of space. Copy the file into your computer. Run the file."

Otherwise, there is no possible way to access it. If you're a kid on the community computer, ask a parent if they will install it. I've looked for several ways to use it without downloading it, and there aren't any. So if you're trying to update to the iOS (7.0.3 as of now) and you need iTunes, you're out of luck. Your phone won't come off update screen telling you that you NEED iTunes to get the update.
