What is Kevin in Japanese?

Both ケビン /ke bin/ and ケヴィン /ke vin/ exist as Japanese spellings of the name 'Kevin', the former is more Japanese way of spelling ('v' is turned to 'b' in Japanese) and the latter is more precise in original pronunciation (ヴィ is extended katakana syllable for 'vi'), which to choose is completely optional.
